Using the zip or rar file
1.Download uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739
2.Extract uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739 from .zip. We recommend that you extract uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 uwinapi.dll 7.0.0.8739 and press Enter.
