Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WAVd3BVR.dll
2.Extract WAVd3BVR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WAVd3BVR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WAVd3BVR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WAVd3BVR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WAVd3BVR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WAVd3BVR.dll and press Enter.
