Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802
2.Extract wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmspdmod.dll 10.0.0.3802 and press Enter.
