Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WHLSPAGE.DLL
2.Extract WHLSPAGE.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WHLSPAGE.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WHLSPAGE.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WHLSPAGE.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WHLSPAGE.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WHLSPAGE.DLL and press Enter.
