Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WINME.DLL
2.Extract WINME.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WINME.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WINME.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WINME.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WINME.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WINME.DLL and press Enter.
