Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WINSTORY.DLL
2.Extract WINSTORY.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WINSTORY.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WINSTORY.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WINSTORY.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WINSTORY.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WINSTORY.DLL and press Enter.
