Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WISE0001.DLL
2.Extract WISE0001.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WISE0001.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WISE0001.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WISE0001.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WISE0001.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WISE0001.DLL and press Enter.
