Using the zip or rar file
1.Download w801t32w.dll
2.Extract w801t32w.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract w801t32w.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting w801t32w.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract w801t32w.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place w801t32w.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 w801t32w.dll and press Enter.
