Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wa4jfw.dll
2.Extract wa4jfw.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wa4jfw.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wa4jfw.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wa4jfw.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wa4jfw.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wa4jfw.dll and press Enter.
