Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wbemsvc.dll
2.Extract wbemsvc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wbemsvc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wbemsvc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wbemsvc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wbemsvc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wbemsvc.dll and press Enter.
