Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wcspage.dll
2.Extract wcspage.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wcspage.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wcspage.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wcspage.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wcspage.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wcspage.dll and press Enter.
