Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wh2robo.dll
2.Extract wh2robo.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wh2robo.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wh2robo.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wh2robo.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wh2robo.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wh2robo.dll and press Enter.
