Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0
2.Extract wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wisc10.dll 1.02.814.0 and press Enter.
