Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0
2.Extract wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmm2ae.dll 2,1,4026,0 and press Enter.
