Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06
2.Extract wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmm2eres.dll 2,1,4026,06 and press Enter.
