Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00
2.Extract wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmm2ext.dll 2,1,4026,00 and press Enter.
