Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02
2.Extract wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmm2filt.dll 2,1,4026,02 and press Enter.
