Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250
2.Extract wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmpns.dll 9.00.00.3250 and press Enter.
