Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmssnmp.dll
2.Extract wmssnmp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmssnmp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmssnmp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmssnmp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmssnmp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmssnmp.dll and press Enter.
