Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wmvdmoe2.dll
2.Extract wmvdmoe2.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wmvdmoe2.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wmvdmoe2.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wmvdmoe2.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wmvdmoe2.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wmvdmoe2.dll and press Enter.
