Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wpqp11en.dll
2.Extract wpqp11en.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wpqp11en.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wpqp11en.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wpqp11en.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wpqp11en.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wpqp11en.dll and press Enter.
