Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wsplugin.dll
2.Extract wsplugin.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wsplugin.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wsplugin.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wsplugin.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wsplugin.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wsplugin.dll and press Enter.
