Using the zip or rar file
1.Download W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99
2.Extract W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 from .zip. We recommend that you extract W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 W29MLRES.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 and press Enter.
