Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WebChart.NET.dll
2.Extract WebChart.NET.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract WebChart.NET.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WebChart.NET.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WebChart.NET.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WebChart.NET.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WebChart.NET.dll and press Enter.
