Using the zip or rar file
1.Download W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99
2.Extract W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 from .zip. We recommend that you extract W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 W29NCPA.DLL 9, 0, 1, 99 and press Enter.
