Using the zip or rar file
1.Download W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028
2.Extract W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028 from .zip. We recommend that you extract W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 W95FIBER.DLL 4.70.1028 and press Enter.
