Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WCSCUT32.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
