Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WHCK64D.DLL
2.Extract WHCK64D.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WHCK64D.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WHCK64D.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WHCK64D.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WHCK64D.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WHCK64D.DLL and press Enter.
