Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WLTSECUR.DLL
2.Extract WLTSECUR.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WLTSECUR.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WLTSECUR.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WLTSECUR.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WLTSECUR.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WLTSECUR.DLL and press Enter.
