Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145
2.Extract WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145 from .zip. We recommend that you extract WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WMVDECOD.DLL 11.0.5721.5145 and press Enter.
