Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WV41INST.DLL
2.Extract WV41INST.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WV41INST.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WV41INST.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WV41INST.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WV41INST.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WV41INST.DLL and press Enter.
