Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WWINTL.DLL
2.Extract WWINTL.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract WWINTL.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WWINTL.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WWINTL.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WWINTL.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WWINTL.DLL and press Enter.
