Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014
2.Extract WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014 from .zip. We recommend that you extract WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WWLIB.DLL 12.0.4518.1014 and press Enter.
