Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848
2.Extract WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848 from .zip. We recommend that you extract WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WebApplication1.dll 1.0.1181.27848 and press Enter.
