Using the zip or rar file
1.Download WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846
2.Extract WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846 from .zip. We recommend that you extract WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 WebServices.dll 1.0.2529.30846 and press Enter.
