Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1
2.Extract Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Win95Links.dll 1.0.0.1 and press Enter.
