Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42
2.Extract Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42 from .zip. We recommend that you extract Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Wsdl.resources.dll 2.0.50727.42 and press Enter.
