Using the zip or rar file
1.Download w03a2412.dll 5.2.3790.395
2.Extract w03a2412.dll 5.2.3790.395 from .zip. We recommend that you extract w03a2412.dll 5.2.3790.395 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting w03a2412.dll 5.2.3790.395.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract w03a2412.dll 5.2.3790.395 to your system directory. By default, this is:
