Using the zip or rar file
1.Download w32tm.exe
2.Extract w32tm.exe from .zip. We recommend that you extract w32tm.exe to the installation directory of the program that is requesting w32tm.exe.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract w32tm.exe to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place w32tm.exe in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 w32tm.exe and press Enter.
