Using the zip or rar file
1.Download w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0
2.Extract w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 w70n5msg.dll 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
