Using the zip or rar file
1.Download waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0
2.Extract waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 waves5.0.dll 5.0.0.0 and press Enter.
