Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wdaciowdgcsm.dll
2.Extract wdaciowdgcsm.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract wdaciowdgcsm.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wdaciowdgcsm.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wdaciowdgcsm.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wdaciowdgcsm.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wdaciowdgcsm.dll and press Enter.
