Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065
2.Extract wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wdkcol.dll 6100.03.0065 and press Enter.
