Using the zip or rar file
1.Download webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867
2.Extract webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867 from .zip. We recommend that you extract webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 webappupgrade.dll 8.0.50727.867 and press Enter.
