Using the zip or rar file
1.Download webdsnap70.bpl 7.0.4.453
2.Extract webdsnap70.bpl 7.0.4.453 from .zip. We recommend that you extract webdsnap70.bpl 7.0.4.453 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting webdsnap70.bpl 7.0.4.453.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract webdsnap70.bpl 7.0.4.453 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place webdsnap70.bpl 7.0.4.453 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
