Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0
2.Extract wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wfm0203.acv 4.0.0.0 and press Enter.
