Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0
2.Extract wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wfnvg.ocx 2.0.0.0 and press Enter.
