Using the zip or rar file
1.Download where.exe 6.1.7600.16385
2.Extract where.exe 6.1.7600.16385 from .zip. We recommend that you extract where.exe 6.1.7600.16385 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting where.exe 6.1.7600.16385.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract where.exe 6.1.7600.16385 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
