Using the zip or rar file
1.Download windowsv5plusutils.dll
2.Extract windowsv5plusutils.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract windowsv5plusutils.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting windowsv5plusutils.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract windowsv5plusutils.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place windowsv5plusutils.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 windowsv5plusutils.dll and press Enter.
