Using the zip or rar file
1.Download wir2potz.dll 10.0.1600.22
2.Extract wir2potz.dll 10.0.1600.22 from .zip. We recommend that you extract wir2potz.dll 10.0.1600.22 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting wir2potz.dll 10.0.1600.22.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place wir2potz.dll 10.0.1600.22 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 wir2potz.dll 10.0.1600.22 and press Enter.
